I've always had a passion to make significant positive differences in the world and peoples lives. With a young start to change making and political advocatesy, into a background in healthcare then founding a cleaning company, I am, beyond blessed. I was inspired to create Nikita Cares Luxury Cleaning brand which is fundamental to how we operate a cleaning company but also a face of trust, reliability, and human compassion invigorating what it means to do business. A business that genuinely cares about you!
After researching success and failure stories there was a singular theme to why businesses fail including lack of leadership. I saw this as a challenge and here at Nikita Cares we are team centered around support, teaching and learning from one another making work enjoyable and committing to excellence. We all carry leadership roles taking responsibility individually to succeed. We understand that we would not be successful without a committed strong working team.
I truly love to inspire and motivate others to live there best life. No matter the dream, you can accomplish it. I am living proof and sharing my story to show people with discipline, effort, passion, and hard work success follows suit. My future will consist in investing to fund and create a ethical long term healthcare facility. My ultimate goal to provide peace and comfort to those in later years of life. A passion that developed when I worked in healthcare for years forced to practice unethical ways that breaks my heart knowing this still happens. I want to be the change I wish for.
